Hi, my name is Jen (Miss J) and I am the Owner/Founder of Aura Vitana.
My creative inspiration began during a difficult period in my life of anxiety and depression when I found comfort and expression through creating jewellery.
Wearing these beads didn't just help me heal, it inspired me to create handmade pieces that offer the same sense of protection, empowerment, strength and calm to you. That experience shaped my love for thoughtful design, meaningful jewellery and the belief that what we wear can help us be more confident, grounded and Feel Good on Purpose.

At Aura Vitana, I believe that what you wear should do more than just occupy space in a wardrobe, it should empower, uplift and inspire you.
Everywhere I looked, store shelves were flooded with mass-manufactured, copy-paste fashion. Plastic components, synthetic dyes and fragile stringing meant that items would tarnish, chip, or break after just a few wears.
Jewellery had lost its connection to nature, its personal meaning and its quality. I knew there had to be a better way to experience everyday luxury.

I chose to work exclusively with semi-precious gemstones because nature never makes the same pattern twice. When you wear my pieces, you are wearing a true, one-of-a-kind original. I intentionally select stones that offer deeply rooted benefits to your daily mindset.

Shipping and Delivery
PROCESSING ORDERS
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 working/business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Our office hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (UK time). If we receive orders outside of these hours they will be processed on the next working day.
Once orders are dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number to track your order.
UK & CHANNEL ISLAND
We provide free delivery on all orders to the UK and Channel Islands.
Special Delivery
Available in the UK at a charge, which guarantees next day delivery by 1pm Monday to Friday.
There's also a charge for special delivery to Channel Islands, but guaranteed delivery is within two (2) days by 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES
Free shipping is available when you spend £75 or more.
Flat rate shipping is available to European and International countries that we cover.
Customs, Tariffs and Other Charges
Where applicable, Aura Vitana will cover these charges for eligible orders so that you are not asked to pay additional fees on delivery.
Customs rules vary by country and may change without notice, so this cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
Aura Vitana normally uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services so that applicable import taxes, customs duties and tariffs are prepaid by us.
DELIVERY TIMES
- UK delivery is within 1 - 3 working days (maybe longer for Channel Islands), which may include Saturdays, but excludes Sundays and bank holidays.
- European delivery is within 3 - 5 business days.
- International delivery is within 5 - 7 business days.

Returns and Refunds
CANCELLATIONS
You're entitled to cancel your order within 5 days from the date you ordered your product(s).
To exercise your right to cancel your order or request a return, you must inform us of your decision by:
- Completing the Contact us form on our website or
- Send us an email to connected@auravitana.com
Also state if you want to cancel part or all of your order and the reason for your cancellation.
RETURNS
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
We provide a Self Serve Returns (SSR) service to make our returns process easier for you.
In order to use the SSR service you need to log into your online account.
If you don't have an online account, you can create an account here. You'll be issued with a one time code via email (no password required), then follow the return instructions.
If your return is approved you will receive confirmation via email with return instructions.
REFUNDS
In both instances, once we receive your cancelled / returned items and your return meets our requirements, you will receive a refund within 3 - 7 working / business days.
Refunds are reimbursed on the payment method you used to place your order with.

Product Preparation
We take extra special care when preparing each order.
Semi precious beads pass through many hands, places and people all over the World, from production, manufacturers and wholesalers to shops and jewellery designers.
To ensure your products arrive to you feeling at their best, we use a process called 'smudging', a method we use to cleanse all our products with care and positive intention.
This traditional practice helps to purify and clear any stagnant and negative energies from the beads so that your products create a harmonious connection with you and a sense of peace and readiness with your own energy.
You may notice a subtle aroma whilst unpacking your order. Leave your products out in the open including it's packaging to air for at least 15 - 30 minutes.
Customer Loyalty Programme
When you make a purchase you'll receive cashback / loyalty points on purchases you make to use towards future orders.
It’s our way of saying thank you.
