Limited Warranty

This limited warranty applies to beaded jewellery and accessories (the physical products) purchased from Aura Vitana.

What is Covered?

Our limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, Aura Vitana will repair the product or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, at no charge. 

If we are unable to repair the product, we will replace it with a similar product of the same value and quality.

What is Not Covered

Our limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by customers or another party modifying, attempting to fix or trying to alter a product from its original design that it was received.
  • Broken beads and parts.
  • Any defects after the limited warranty period expires.
  • Postage, which is paid by customers to return products to Aura Vitana.

How Long Does the Limited Warranty Coverage Last?

This limited warranty lasts for 6 (six) months from the date of original purchase of the product(s).

Who is Covered?

This limited warranty only covers the original purchaser of the product, and this warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product. 

How to Obtain Services.

To access the limited warranty, you must first either send us an email to connected@auravitana.com or complete our contact us form on our website, within the limited warranty period, to inform us of the problem in the first instance.

What Will Aura Vitana Do To Correct Problems?

If the product is within the warranty period, Aura Vitana will repair the product at no charge using new replacement findings and/or parts.

Most times we make one off jewellery products and have 'limited' style and type of beads that may be different from the original beads used in the defective product.

  • If the original beads are not available we will use beads of a similar quality and colour, which will be discussed with you before a repair is made.
  • If it is not possible to repair the product, we will offer you a replacement product of the same value and quality. 
  • If a replacement is not suitable to you, we will issue you a full refund on the product, less postage/shipping costs.

Refunds will be paid into the same payment account used to purchase your product. Please allow 7 (seven) working/business days for your refund to be processed.

What Aura Vitana Will Not Do Under This Limited Warranty

We encourage customers to return products to us via a tracked and insured postal/shipping service. 

Aura Vitana will not be held responsible for returned products that are lost or stolen in transit to us.

If there are any issues or you think your returned item has been lost in transit, please contact the postal/shipping service directly giving them your tracking details so they can advise you, and please inform us.

No Other Express Warranty Applies 

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent or other person is authorised to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Aura Vitana.
