Domestic Shipping Policy - Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed for dispatch within 1-2 working days excluding weekends and public/bank holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order we will contact you via email or telephone.

At this time, we do not ship to:

Orders shipped by us may require a signature on delivery. For this reason we do not ship to PO Boxes or Pack stations.

Customs, Duties, Tariffs and Tax Charges

Aura Vitana is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, duties or tax charges applied to your order / delivery.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the Customer.

Damaged, Lost and Stolen Goods

Aura Vitana is not liable for any goods that are damaged, lost or stolen during shipping.  If your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact the shipping / postal carrier to file a claim.  We would also be very grateful if you inform us via email.
