Aura Vitana Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
The term 'Gift Vouchers' in these Terms and Conditions relate to Aura Vitana Gift Vouchers.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing Gift Vouchers.
Expiry Date
Our Gift Vouchers expire 5 years from the date of purchase.
Validity
Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 5 years, after which point it will no longer be valid and will become void after 5 years. We therefore encourage early redemption.
Redemption
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for any item only available on Aura Vitana's website subject to stock availability, and can only be used in a single transaction.
Non Refundable
Once a Gift Voucher is purchased, it is non-refundable and has no cash value. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the Gift Vouchers value.
Non Transferable
Gift Vouchers are to be used only by the individual to whom it is issued. If purchasing the voucher as a gift for someone else then the voucher must be in the receivers name.
Transfers or resale of Gift Vouchers are strictly prohibited.
Not Redeemable for Cash
Aura Vitana Gift Vouchers has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, in part or in whole. Cash will not be given as change for any purchases made with Aura Vitana Gift Vouchers.
Lost, Stolen or Misplaced Gift Vouchers
Aura Vitana will not be held liable for Gift Vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Keep the Gift Voucher secure because it is *not redeemable and no reissue will be provided.
*Customers can click resend gift cards from their order confirmation email. This link will only work if the Gift Voucher has been fulfilled.
Remaining Balance
No cashback will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Voucher. The Gift Voucher does not allow for a cash refund on any unused portion of its value.
Should the total cost of your purchase exceed the Gift Voucher’s value, you will be required to cover the difference with an alternative payment method.
Exclusions
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase sale items, gift cards/vouchers, limited edition items, bespoke commissions or special collaborations.
Cancellations
Aura Vitana reserves the right to cancel Gift Vouchers obtained fraudulently, for any misuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions, and if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Gift Vouchers may be voided by Aura Vitana if any alterations or unauthorized endorsements are detected. Aura Vitana may also cancel Gift Vouchers if it’s found to be part of an unauthorized resale transaction.
In the event of a business closure or transition, outstanding certificates may be subject to cancellation.
Modification
Aura Vitana can change the Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review our website regularly as the terms of Gift Vouchers may be revised without direct notification to holders.
Continued use of Aura Vitana Gift Vouchers constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Jurisdiction
These terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
