Customer Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

  • 'Company' referred to as either 'the Company', 'We', 'Us' or 'Our' in this Agreement, refers to Aura Vitana information.
  • 'CLP' abbreviation for Customer Loyalty Program and Cashback.
  • 'Products, Purchases or Items' refers to our items available for sale on the Service.
  • 'Website' refers to auravitana.com accessible from https://auravitana.com
  • 'Orders' refers to a request by You to purchase Products from Us
  • 'You' refers to the individual accessing or using our Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service as applicable.

CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM (CLP)

Receive cashback on every purchase you make with our Customer Loyalty Program (CLP). It’s our way of saying thank you to our shoppers. 

Our CLP cashback rewards are used against future orders.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the CLP you need to be:

  • A registered customer with an active account.
  • 18 years of age and over 

EARNING CASHBACK

Our CLP consists of two reward systems, a 'Sign Up Bonus (SUB)' and a 'Purchase Order Program (POP)'.

  • The SUB is for customers who registers an account for the CLP, and will instantly receive a fixed amount of £2 in their customer account, just for signing up. 
  • The POP is for earning cashback on purchases customers make. The amount of cashback earned is calculated in percentages and varies depending on the cost of items being purchased, which are displayed under each product page description.

How to Earn Cashback 

To start earning cashback, simply create a free account by clicking the gold 'Rewards' icon at the bottom right of our website. As a bonus, we'll give you £2 just for signing up, which is credited to your account.

Make sure you're logged in when you shop so your cashback is automatically added to your account.

Crediting and Tracking Cashback 

Cashback is stored in your customer account. To benefit from the CLP you need to be logged into your account before making purchases.

Once your order is processed your account will be credited with the cashback earned for the current purchase.

You can keep track of your earned cashback balance through your customer account dashboard.

Minimum Requirements

The minimum purchase/order amount to earn cashback is £10.00.

Exclusions

Shipping fees are excluded from the CLP and does not earn any cashback.

USING CASHBACK

Redemption

You can redeem your earned cashback either on future purchases or you can convert it to store credit. Store credit can only be used as a payment method when you are logged into your customer account or using Shop Pay. 

Store credit and cashback rewards cannot be converted into cash or used for transactions outside of Aura Vitana.

Minimum Spend

The minimum amount of cashback that can be redeemed towards purchases is £5.

Expiry

Cashback earned must be used within 6 months from the date it was credited. Any cashback not used within the 6 month period it will be deducted from your account.

Non-Transferable

Cashback is not transferable to other accounts, individuals or as cash.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS

Cashback is only retained for completed and non refunded purchases. This ensures fair use. If you return or cancel an item(s) after receiving cashback, any cashback will be deducted for the returned or cancelled purchase(s) balance. 

For example: if we offer £2 cashback per purchase, you ordered three (3) items earning £6 in cashback, and you later request a refund for one of those items, the £2 cashback earned from the refunded item is deducted from the refund balance.

Price Adjustments

Cashback may be adjusted if there's price changes or other discrepancies with the original purchase.

Fraudulent Activity

Any misuse or suspected fraudulent activity of the Cashback Reward Program will result in termination of customer's participation and any earned cashback being forfeited.

PROGRAM CHANGES AND TERMINATION

Aura Vitana reserve the right, at our sole discretion to update, modify, suspend, change, replace or terminate any part of the CLP or these terms and conditions at anytime, with notice.

You will be notified of any significant changes to the CLP or these terms and conditions, via email or website announcement.

Termination

If we terminate the program, customers will be given a timeframe of at least 3 months to use their remaining cashback. If not used within that time the cashback will expire.

Governing Law

The Customer Loyalty Program and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of United Kingdom.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By participating in our CLP you agree to these terms and conditions. 

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the CLP following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
