UK & CHANNEL ISLAND

We provide free delivery on all orders in the UK and Channel Islands.

- Orders are processed within 1 - 2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

- Delivery is within 1 - 3 working days (maybe longer for Channel Islands) including Saturdays, but excludes Sundays and bank holidays).

Special Delivery

For UK is available at a small charge, which guarantees next day delivery by 1pm Monday to Friday.

There's also a small charge for Channel Islands, but guaranteed delivery is within two (2) days by 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Europe and International Countries

There's half price shipping to Europe and International countries, however, free shipping is available when you spend £50 or more.

European and International customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, tariffs and any other levy's required by Customs, carriers and others.

- European delivery is within 3 - 5 business days.

- International delivery is within 5 - 7 business days.

Cancellations

You're entitled to cancel your order, even if you have not received it yet, within 5 days from the date you ordered the product(s). 

To exercise your right to cancel your order or request a return, you must inform us of your decision by:

Returns

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

We provide a Self Serve Returns (SSR) service to make our returns process easier for our customers.

In order to use the SSR service you need to log into your online account.

If you don't have an online account, you can create an account here where you'll be issued with a one time code via email - no password required.

Follow the return instructions. If your return is approved you will receive confirmation via email with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your cancelled / returned products and your return meets our requirements, you will receive a refund within 3 - 7 working / business days.

Refunds are reimbursed on the card you used to place your order with.
