The TUBES Moss Pearl Necklace is handcrafted from natural Moss Agate tube beads, the stone of new beginnings, abundance and deep connection to the natural world. Each bead carries its own landscape of green and grey, like a tiny slice of forest captured in stone.

No two beads are the same and neither is this necklace. Threaded through with shimmering amber, topaz and cream aura glass rondelles and accented with cream Swarovski Pearls, the piece moves between earthy and luminous, grounded and glowing at once.

PROCESSING ORDERS

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 working days
of receiving your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays. 

Our office hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (UK time). If we receive orders outside of these hours they will be processed on the next working day.

Once orders are dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number to track your order. 

UK & CHANNEL ISLAND

We provide free delivery on all orders to the UK and Channel Islands. 

Special Delivery

Available in the UK at a charge, which guarantees next day delivery by 1pm
Monday to Friday.

There's also a charge for special delivery to Channel Islands, but guaranteed delivery is within two (2) business days, by 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES

Free shipping is available when you spend £100 or more.

Flat rate shipping is available to European and International countries that
we cover.

Customs, Tariffs and Other Charges

Where applicable, Aura Vitana may cover these charges for eligible orders using (DDP) Delivered Duty Paid. 

Customs rules vary by country and may change without notice, so this cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

DELIVERY TIMES

- UK delivery is within 1 - 2 business days (maybe longer for Channel
Islands), which may include Saturdays, but excludes Sundays and bank holidays.



- European delivery is within 3 - 5 business days.

- International delivery is within 5 - 7 business days.

CANCELLATIONS

You're entitled to cancel your order within 5 days from the date you ordered your product(s). 

To exercise your right to cancel your order or request a return, you must
inform us of your decision by:

•  Completing the Contact us form on our website or 
•  Send us an email to connected@auravitana.com

Also state if you want to cancel part or all of your order and the reason
for your cancellation.

RETURNS

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

We provide a Self Serve Returns (SSR) service to make our returns process
easier for you.

In order to use the SSR service you need to log into your online account. 

If you don't have an online account, you can create an account here where you'll be issued with a one time code via email (no password required) and follow the return instructions. 

If your return is approved you will receive confirmation via email with
return instructions.

REFUNDS

In both instances, once we receive your cancelled / returned items and your
return meets our requirements, you will receive a refund within 3 - 7 business days. 

Refunds are reimbursed on the payment method you used to place your order
with.
