We therefore take extra care in preparing your order. To ensure your product arrives to you feeling it's best, each product is cleansed with care and positive intention, by a method called 'smudging'.

This traditional practice helps to purify and clear any stagnant and unwanted negative energies, so that your products create a harmonious connection and imbued with a sense of peace and readiness with your own energy.

You may notice a subtle smoky aroma whilst unpacking your order, but don't worry, this will dissipate naturally.

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 working/business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. If we receive orders during weekends and bank holidays they will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number to keep track of your order.

UK & CHANNEL ISLAND

We provide free delivery on all orders to the UK and Channel Islands.

Delivery is within 1 - 3 working days (maybe longer for Channel Islands) including Saturdays, but excludes Sundays and bank holidays).

Special Delivery

Available to the UK at a small charge, which guarantees next day delivery by 1pm Monday to Friday.

There's also a small charge for Channel Islands, but guaranteed delivery is within two (2) days by 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES

Flat rate shipping is available to European and International countries (Aura Vitana pay half of shipping costs). Free shipping is also available when you spend £50 or more.

Aura Vitana is not responsible for any taxes, custom charges, import fees, duties, tariffs or any other levies required or charged by Customs, carriers and others charged to European and International customers applied to your order / delivery. 

All fees imposed during purchasing, order processing or after dispatch are the responsibility of the Customer.

- European delivery is within 3 - 5 business days.

- International delivery is within 5 - 7 business days.

Cancellations

You're entitled to cancel your order, even if you have not received it yet, within 5 days from the date you ordered the product(s). 

To exercise your right to cancel your order or request a return, you must inform us of your decision by:

- Completing the Contact us form on our website or

- Send us an email to connected@auravitana.com

Also state if you want to cancel part or all of your order and the reason for your cancellation.

Returns

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

We provide a Self Serve Returns (SSR) service to make our returns process easier for our you.

In order to use the SSR service you need to log into your online account.

If you don't have an online account, you can create an account here where you'll be issued with a one time code via email (no password required) and follow the return instructions.

If your return is approved you will receive confirmation via email with return instructions.

Refunds

In both instances, once we receive your cancelled and/or returned products and your return meets our requirements, you will receive a refund within 3 - 7 working / business days.

Refunds are reimbursed on the card payment method you used to place your order with.
